Terrys communication skills are second to none! Always letting us know when theyd show up or if there was a delay and how they would adjust to minimize impact, etc.
After discussing our needs with different companies, (and it wasnt an easy task) THIS was the only one that could show up and keep showing up until the work was done as required. They understood from the get go what needed to be done, they didnt need directing or reminding and didnt cut corners. They did impeccable work around a pool.
They happily did a thorough job, Terry and Tish even showed up on a Sunday to finish the job and meet our deadline. They were energetic, strong and left the place spotless.
