We recently finished a major renovation of our cottage. Lombar Construction revamped the electrical system including electrical box, lighting, sound, baseboard heaters & CCTV cameras. Their suggestions for lighting placement was precise, and definitely brightened up a gloomy 35 year old cottage.

Needless to say, we sailed through our electrical inspection.

I had a string of 10 GU 5w LEDs that I replaced with 6w Hue GU10 smartlights. I managed to get 7 to work together fine. It was when I addded the 8th+, the dimmer switch would not allow all 10 lights to turn on. I thought it might be electrical, but could have been a number of things. I needed it investigated. I verified first that all 10 smartbulbs worked perfectly and connected to the network individually. Steve quickly diagnosed it was the dimmer switch. Went to his truck and installed a standard switch and now all is well. I would admit the fee was pricey, but it's hard to find good people to come out these days, let alone those you can develop trust. For me that was worth it. Prior to this, I spent almost a month trying to find someone willing to visit. The ones that I did make an appointment with, never showed.

This is a large, complex deck. Lombar assisted with design recommendations. The workmanship is outstanding, and it included electrical and lighting provisions for a solarium. Also, the workers were friendly and a joy to work with.
