She was very kind and organized the work to accommodate my schedule swiftly and I was actually in a rush to get it done. Gina as well takes care of all the rebate paperwork should you be entitled. All went seamlessly according to plan, and Ali the technician who came to do the work with a co worker could not have been more professional and well mannered!
