I hired Doctor Demo to do a full house gut, including complete removal of the roof structure. The owner (Roman) was a pleasure to communicate with. He was very responsive and provided me with updates throughout the process. His employees were polite, hardworking, organized, clean, and appeared to work safely. We encountered one minor issue towards the end, but Roman was quick to engage his own electrician to resolve the cut wire.

Roman and his crew are superb! Very careful and meticulous with their demolition, checking in midway if they were uncertain about instructions in specific areas. They completed the job and cleaned up up the site like professionals. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring any type of demo!

Roman and his crew were excellent to work with. From the initial job scope meeting to completion everything went as planned. In preparation for a renovation we hired Doctor Demo to reconstruct our previously finished basement and garage. Communication was excellent, the work was started and completed as planned, Roman had thoughtful suggestions and paid attention to the details We would not hesitate to recommend him.

This company was subcontracted by my renovator to do the initial demolition on a garage renovation. They did such a good job that I felt they merited a review of their own. Roman and his crew showed up on time and were very careful to confirm what was being kept and what wasn't. After carefully removing some hardware bolted to the wall, they took down all walls and ceiling as requested, pausing to show me some things that had been hidden by the drywall, and then did a meticulous cleanup. They hauled away everything as you would expect, including some garage junk I had, then vacuumed the floor and driveway throughly. They made sure there were no stray nails left on the studs and no mess between them. If it is possible to make a post demo room presentable, they did it, all over about 6 hours. Great work by a friendly group.

After feeling overwhelmed by the number of demo contractors I found online, I'm really happy that I chose Roman at Doctor Demo and can see why he is so highly rated. He was really flexible with scheduling for our last-minute project request to demo and remove our walk-in closet. Roman's work was extremely professional and he works very quickly.
