I had the pleasure of working with this company on one of my projects. Roman, the owner, was great to work with. His hardworking and caring qualities sets him apart from other companies I've worked with. He has a no problem attitude and is very fair with pricing. He has trained his workers to adopt the same values. I highly recommend this company.

Great work and communication during demolition of kitchen. Roman and team did a great job working in a small space. My elderly parents were home during the day and he did a great job to make sure a minimal amount of dust and debris were in the apartment since they could not leave during the demo. Also dealt with property manager and condo management to make sure everything was completed in a timely fashion.

Roman was a pleasure to work with. As opposed to the larger outfits in the City, he is keen, responds quickly and gets the work done as promised. He has a number of permanent staff as well as help hired on an as needed basis, which makes him flexible to take on a variety of project sizes. I will be using Doctor Demo for all of my upcoming demolition work. This is not a solicited feedback.

Roman did great job on inside demolishing of our house in Maple and prepped it for renovation. 3 floors were done in 6 days, all nails removed and contractor was very please that all "dirty work" was done for him. Roman gave a detailed quote and was always available to answer my questions. The site was left clean. They were even able to take some of the non load bearing walls down for me. Renovations are a stressful process. The demolition part is possibly the most stressful. However dealing with a well run company and an organized, diligent, conscientious and professional owner, like Roman, greatly reduced this stress and the result was as quoted and done with a professional and pleasant manner from start to finish. Based upon my experience with Roman’s company I would not hesitate to recommend him and to use him again myself.
