I am honestly very impressed with how Jay finished our home. We got his contact info from a friend that also got her showers done and we were blown away by the customer service we recieved. He came the same the day we called him to measure our showers and had everything installed within a week and a half like he had initially promised. We have had many renovations since the beginning of 2021 and easily Jay was the fastest to measure/install everything. Our showers are absolutely beautiful and I am so happy we were able to work with Jay. I 1,000,000% recommend built by glass to anybody that needs to get any glass work done.

I had a great experience hiring built by glass. They quoted me an amazing price (almost $1500 less than other companies I reached out to) for my backyard patio railing. They were very nice to work with and made sure all of my needs were met. I have already gotten many compliments from friends and family about our new glass railings. I highly recommend them!

I have to say I had an exceptional experience with this company. I hired them for a railing installation for our home in Scarborough and from the beginning, they were very honest and respectful. I first reached out to them at the beginning of March to get a quotation for the project. I reached out to at least 5 different companies regarding my job and Jay was the only one that was responsive and got back to me quickly. After we discussed some details over the phone, he came out to my home and we went into more details about what I would like done for my project. After taking measurements of everything, jay told me he could have it done within 2 weeks and he was true to his word. He actually ended up getting the glass ready within a week and a half and took 2 days to install all the glass railings with his team. I'm very impressed with the work and customer service I received. I have dealt with quite a few contractors in the past and I can honestly say working with these guys was truly a stress-free process.

I hired jay and his team to do my glass railings and I must say Im very impressed. We connected through a friend of mine he had previously done work for and from the moment we began the process everything went so smoothly. He initially came to my house and gave me a quote within a few days of us talking and showed me all my available options. Once we finalized how it would be done, he took a template of what the railings would look like on my stairs and told me everything will be installed within 2 weeks. Lucky for me, he was able to push the order and came one week later and finished the job within a day. Hands down the best experience I have had with a contractor and I will definitely recommend him and his team.
