Two Bathroom Renovations at two locations.
I have had Cole and his workers do two projects for me now. I find him to be very honest and upfront with issues and keeping within budget. Both times I have used him to rebuild bathrooms to make them accessable for my elderly mother. Taking out bathtubs and replacing them with beautiful showers both were 60 by 30 inches. Demo of old tub and tiles and replacement with beautiful Subway tiles and large shower. Some electrical work was performed on the first site including pot lighting and repairing and/or replacing gyprock at both locations. He arranged for any trades that were needed in a timely fashion and worked well my tenants during the renovation. In and out within days.
I would use him again for any of my renovations needs in the future, friendly knowledgeable and best of all reliable. Gave me an estimate and stayed within that estimate.
Worksite were in Abbotsford and most recently Chilliwack.
