I recently hired Agis Construction to revamp both my backyard and front yard, and I can confidently say they did an incredible job! I have no affiliation with Vlad, the owner, but working with him and his team was such a positive experience that I feel compelled to share.

From the beginning, Vlad demonstrated exceptional professionalism and an impressive depth of knowledge. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, including the intense grading and leveling required for the project. His passion for his work was evident, and it was clear that he takes great pride in delivering the best results for his clients.

Vlads communication was outstanding. He kept me informed daily with updates on progress, often accompanied by pictures so I could see how everything was shaping up. When Vlad says hell do something, he keeps his wordsomething rare and invaluable when working with contractors.

His pricing was very fair, especially considering the high-quality work and attention to detail he provided. Weve had a lot of experience with contractors over the years, and Vlad truly stood out. He promised exceptional results, and he delivered beyond expectations.

It was also a pleasure meeting Vlads wife and brother, who were equally personable and professional. I literally have no issues to raise about the projectit was seamless from start to finish. We struck gold finding Agis Construction, and my outdoor spaces are now transformed into something beautiful and functional.

After a frustrating search for a contractor last year (contacted 4 contractors to no avail...), we were lucky to find Vlad and his team!
He was honest up front about when they could redo our backyard (contact in June but work was in October). They actually came a few day early as soon as their previous job finished. The team is very professional and friendly and it is clear they care about helping their costumers. They nailed a plank in our deck, where the original contractor hadn't put enough nails and the plank was bending out; also removed our old deck awning. They go the extra mile for you!
The project was done on time (6days total) and we just love our new fully permeable backyard!
If they are available, don't bother looking elsewhere.

After our initial contact on this platform, Vlad came to my home to survey what could be done and promptly showed-up the next morning to clean-up our walkway (the yard was overflowing with dead leaves, weeds, and overgrown shrubs -- which was all meticulously cleaned/washed up). He and his wife also cleaned up the patio leading up to our doorway and cement walkway too (he was also thoughtful to note the cleaning of the wood patio's seams, to allow for airflow - and thus prevent any rotting!).
I really appreciate how he offered suggestions/guidance with regards to maintenance and pest control (we have a raccoon issue) via some fencing options (and thoughtfully offered via our budget needs). Overall, I adore how our front area looks now. It's transformed and so welcoming to venture down. Thank you, Vlad and Katya!!!

I used Vlad and Kate to help address pooling water in one corner of my house. We initially thought this would be a relatively straight forward regrading exercise. However, we discovered my neighbours Oak Tree roots had made their way into my backyard and up to my foundation. Vlad and Kate worked carefully to remove the roots by hand and avoid damage to the pre-existing water and gas lines. We installed a retaining wall around a tree and extended the project to along the entire side of the house. Their work was meticulous, focused and more importantly done right. We have had two significant rainfalls and no more pooling. Im now using Vlad and Kate for other relevant projects around the house. When you find great talent, you keep it.

Agis Construction did a wonderful job putting in a French drain in our backyard. There was significant water run off into my neighbor's backyard in the Spring and after big downpours. We had companies quote very high prices and long timelines to fix the problem.

Agis quoted a reasonable price and they were on time and quick. Done in one day and on budget. We also liked that it was a family business and they all pitched in to make it go faster.
