Our deck/screened porch was severely damaged due to tree fall. We wanted to restore and beautify it, but the permits required it to be brought up to code. Michael visited the site, worked with our consulting engineer and contractor to provide the necessary drawings. I felt they were a little overkill as it seemed the deck/porch would have greater structural soundness than our house! But the drawings were worth it. Permit approval from Lower Trent Conservation and Trent Hills Municipality were granted and the inspections went smoothly with our contractor being able to easily follow the drawings.
