Outstanding Roofing & Interlock

The ad for Outstanding Roofing popped up on my Facebook feed, and to be honest I booked an estimate more out of curiosity than anything. We had already obtained other quotes, and I wanted to understand how a roofer could offer the pricing that Peter did.

I am one to research extensively (e.g. reading the Ontario building code, reviewing roofer forums, etc.) and ask a lot of questions. Peter answered all of them patiently, logically, and knowledgeably beyond my satisfaction and by the end of our meeting I was very comfortable with everything we discussed.

The team that arrived to do the work was friendly and diligent, and we appreciated how conscientious they were about cleaning up. We expected to find loose nails, garbage, etc. for days after (like our neighbors did after their roofers left), but our yard was immaculate.

All in all a fantastic experience, and I could not recommend this team more highly. Thank you, Peter and team, for all of your hard work, and for your honest pricing!

After reading the reviews here, and getting quotes from a few other roofing companies, we hired Peter and his team to redo our roof after a small leak. We had replace some shingles before the summer and a couple last year, so we knew it was time to just replace it.

Peter came, gave us a quote on the spot.

It's been about a month, we've had a lot of rain, everything seems great with no issues.

His team did our large roof in about 6 hours.

Our plywood underneath was is great condition, a few minor spots were a bit sagging, but the team build it back up so it would be flat.

I am very happy with Peter and his team. I was on a budget and dont have a lot to spend. Peter came and explained all the details, besides that the quotation is very affordable even lower than I expected. Much more lower than some of the other quotations that I received. At first I was hesitant however he offered my no down payment up front which make me feel much more comfortable. Upon completion, they showed me pictures for different stages of job. I only come to leave a review after few months of rain. Now I am certain that the roof is very reliable.
