I was trying to get a hot water tank installed through a big box store. I went to 2 seperate stores that both sent the wrong hot water tank. I reached out to this company and not only did they have an in depth understanding of why I was in my situation, they also took the time to clearly explain the hot water tank industry and the benefits of their tanks and install approach. They installed fairly, professionally and patiently and th price was very competitive. I would completely recommend this company because it's clear from management to the techs on-site, they operate with integrity.
