The team worked well, they got a lot done quickly. Need to be more careful with dust so draping off areas so the whole home is covered in dust, final cleanup could be better too as they left in a rush. Multiple bags of construction garbage left
Also, a final review with the owners on work completed to assure completion to satisfaction as well as defining the workmanship warranty on work done. They never did provide an answer here when asked.
An update here, upon further inspection of the final product, some of the stair swindles don't reach the floor and spin, a gap in the post and stairs. They damaged existing flooring when the floor had to be replaced as the lamented bounced and popped out.
