We never had to worry about getting to the garage, or about visitors coming in the front way. And we know that the many pedestrians who walk their dogs, etc., never had to swerve to the road. The Property People kept our walk, stairs, and boulevard clean, even when winter stretched into April! Definitely miles better than our previous snow removers.

I have used these people in the past for window cleaning and loved the result so had them do the spring cleaning lawn and yard work this year on my small yard - they were definitely better than anyone I have had before. Everything was done well and quickly - the yard was neat following the job. Staff were very pleasant as well

This is the 2nd year we've hired The Property People. Very happy with the work done by Chase and his Property People team. Our windows are sparkling clean and it is reassuring to know the gutters are all cleaned out so rain water can flow smoothly. We will definitely continue to hire his team every year. It has yet to snow during the contract period but I have been very impressed with this company since first contact. They have been very attentive and enthusiastic and really made me feel that they wanted my business. Theyre pricing was competitive with other companies I had checked on.
