Andy & David did an excellent job parging my old fieldstone foundation (century home.) They were on time and worked with minimal fuss and mess.

Andy the Handyman consistently arrived on time and demonstrated excellent attention to detail in his work.He was polite and was kind in the way he communicated with me. Good job done. Thank you !

Andy is easy to deal with, listens to what you want and completes the job in a timely fashion.

"Andy" asked for a deposit in order to "put together an OFFICIAL quote" to start working on a renovation. I ended up deciding not to hire "Andy" before an official quote was put together and long before any work was scheduled to start. "Andy" refuses to give my deposit back after doing zero work because it cost him gas and time to come out and see the job to give a rough quote. He even advertises free estimates and yet is claiming $500 is for his gas and time.

A) There is no contract which is why it's wrong of you to keep my money. B) Posting someone's address just shows people the type of person you are.

Handy Andy found creative ways to repair the cracks in exterior of house, which posed a major structural issue, sand, resurface, finish & and paint the entire house including the aluminum siding. Andy sourced the highest quality products to ensure the repairs will be permanent. We're thrilled with the modern look and the comfort that our exterior is now re-enforced , safe and weather resistant. Handy Andy and his team took enormous pride in their workmanship. They also demo'd the original concrete front porch and built a a new one. Additionally, Handy Andy waterproofed the basement wall where the previous porch was attached to the foundation. We have some longer terms projects in mind and we look forward to working with Handy Andy in the future.

Handy Andy Renovation did an amazing job in my basement, him and his team were responsible for making me get the city of Hamilton required height for my basement ceilling.
The team came in and tore down my basement ceilling,made adjustment to it, and rebuilt another ceilling.
I would say from drywalling the ceilling to painting and cleaning up of all the mess in a timely manner was on point.
I recommend this company to anyone and also I got a good and realiable pricing from Andy, compared to other quotes I bid for.
