Absolutely horrid install and dishonest company
I wanted to support local, but got incredible incompetence, abhorrent dishonesty, and rambling emails about how The Feds trust them so I should too. Install took 4 days instead of 1. The owner of the company does the installs and heres what happened:
- poorly prepared and didnt bring the right equipment 2 days in a row
- swore constantly including in front of my toddler
- damaged my home through poor workmanship and carelessness, and then said that somehow it was my fault
- left debris, garbage, and screws throughout my home and property, and my daughter stepped on one screw which cut her foot. Company owner claimed that he did not leave debris (but offered to pick up what was left?) and that the injury to my daughters foot was caused from falling on a driveway
- Despite being provided with photographic evidence of damage and injury, still continues to deny that it happened?
- standard alarm response time, according to the call centre, is 10 minutes, which is unacceptable. The response time to my alarm going off was 50 minutes!! Owner made excuses for this, no actual explanation.
- terrible operation that doesnt even hardwire in the panel, and then poorly fishes the wires but then blames the customer for the poor install

Each home is unique and Chiara kept authorizing and adding more devices into her home.
Chiara was home the entire time and expressed her gratitude for the installer on completing the task and sticking to it.
She signed and authorized all materials to be installed and paid on May 31st.
There was no mess or damage done by Stampede Security Inc.
On June 2nd she tripped her alarm and disarmed it within 4-5 seconds. The operator gave Chiara a courtesy call and shortly after Chiara turned the courtesy call into drama.
She insisted that we cancel her service.
We did that upon her request and attempted to make arrangements to pick up our alarm devices to give her a refund.
Chiara then added more drama accusing the installer of damaging her home and so on.
She started sending pictures and one of the pictures showed that someone in her home damaged one of the devices and had it pulled out of the wall with a long wire.
Refunds are simple as 1-2-3. All the person has to do is return and sign-off on all of the materials.
The devices have to be in the same condition that they were when they were installed.
The person would be refunded within 15-days.
Mid-afternoon June 14th, Calgary weather State of Emergency, we get an email from Chiara demanding we pick up a box outside of her home within 2-hours.
Chiara was not willing to disclose what was sitting in the box if anything.
Chiara will not be refunded.
AUGUST 10TH, 2022, a third party reviewed the accusations made by Chiara F. They too agreed with Stampede Security Inc., that her accusations are false and that she will not be refunded. Chiara was notified by her credit card company.
