I hired Hasty Repair in December of last year. Someone did come fixed my stove burner. I tried to get a quote from the person before giving my approval but I was not able to do because the person said he was not sure about the price. He had to call the supplier before he gave me a quote. Anyways he said he had to charge a diagnostic fee to come and see what the problem was. Later he said because I paid cash he will not be giving me a tax receipt. I wished they were more upfront before I had given my approval to do the repair. As well when I called another company they said they will give a warranty but with this company they said no.

You told me that you wanna pay cash and you don't want to pay tax. That's why I could not provide you receipt. If you paid by credit or debit card then definitely I would provide you receipt with my company GST/HST number.
Part suppliers don't give warranty of the part so that's the reason I did not provide you warranty.
