I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We had a short circuit in our stovetop, and I specifically warned the repair person multiple times not to flip the circuit breaker inside the unit, as it would trigger a fast-acting breaker in the buildings electrical room and cause a complete power outage. Unfortunately, the technician ignored my warnings and flipped the breaker anyway, leading to the exact issue I warned about: a loss of electricity for my entire apartment.
As a result, I had to call a certified electrician to restore power, costing me $180. The repair person refused to take responsibility for this mistake, and still charged me $100 for his service. His carelessness, despite my repeated cautions, and the companys failure to acknowledge the problem is unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this service.
