Nat and his team were fantastic throughout the whole renovation process start to finish. Nat was great at providing a fair quote, and was always there to talk through any ideas, provide thoughts, and bounce ideas prior to the start of the renovation.
Working in a condo can present a unique set of challenges and Nat and the Mercuri team handled it all so well. They were flexible when our condo board drove a delay, prioritized the project once the green light was given, and worked in the tight space constraints that come with the territory of a Toronto downtown condo.
The team treated our home with utmost respect, were diligent, timely, and the cleanliness with which they did the Reno is a testament to their professionalism.
