Arsim was a professional through and through. Had a major water leak and the entire subfloor had to be replaced. He mapped out the design and started building right away. He was easy to communicate with and schedule the job. Before he left he would always clean his area and kept his tools were organized. Ive recommended him to friends and family. I hired TilePro to tile the floor of a small bathroom. They were there the next day, and finished the day after that. They did perfect work: tight fits around the door frame and edges, all the stuff you pay a pro to do.
