Br Wali and his team are very understanding, patient, and compromising people. They did a thorough job with what was discussed with our basement and came back a few times to ensure everything was done to completion, including cleaning up.

They were easy to reach most days and were very communicative. We also needed to create an entrance to the basement which others would have quoted ridiculously high for and he did it for a very reasonable price but with high quality output.

I hope Br Wali has not tired of me and my family because I will need him for more work in the future for sure.

Wally helped with the renovation and modelling of our basement apartment. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism, construction knowledge and key suggestions he made to the layout and design of our basement (having dealt with a number of contractors before).

He worked with us through the entire process from layout, obtaining permit, renovations and obtaining the ultimate approvals from the City. Wally, his employees, and subcontractors were exceptionally respectful while undertaking the work. Everything was done in a timely manner and within the budget initially proposed.

The city inspector was quite impressed that he did not have to make multiple trips when approving the work.

Would definitely recommend. In fact we used him again when we had additional work to be done on the upper floors of our house.
