If you are looking to get any kind of home renovation please look elsewhere and save your hard-earned money. The work done by jagat and Sukhbir was unfinished and unprofessional. From design approval to alignment to finishing to basic installation, there were flaws from the start and they left the work midway with trash outside.it has been 40 days since and they won't pick up calls and come up with excuses.Never pay in advance unless you have a reference .We had a highly disturbing experience .Hope this review helps those looking to get genuine input before investing their savings.

If you're looking to get work done, look else where. Jagat is the worst contractor you can hire and highly uneducated about construction. Jagat is not a professional and is rude as he doesn't know how to communicate to his clients. We had the basement done before but wanted to add a kitchen, bedroom and wahsroom to the basement. Jagat and his team ripped apart the entire basement and left the place a disaster and ran away with over 17 thousands of dollars in damages to my property and when we pay him, he doesnt retun calls. He makes up all types of excuses to avoid you after getting his payments. We payed him for a washer and dryer for the upstairs bathroom and he never brought it or completed the bathroom properly. When the inspectors had come to do the inspection on the legal basement, it wasn't passed. Even the inspector himself said Jagat and his workers Sukhbir didn't know what their doing and shouldn't be working on people's basement.

Below are pictured attached with descriptions about some of the things that were failed by the inspector which includes taking the structural integrity out of the house by cutting joists, not supporting joists properly, not using cement board on walls in the bathroom, not installing underlayment membrane, kitchen vent needed to be 6" but it was only 4" wide, dryer vent needed to be 4", no glue and nails on hangers, studs in the bathroom wasnt fastened properly, nor was it level, and much more. Jagat doesn't know basic things such as the difference between an R22 insulation and R15 insulation. When I tried explaining this to him, he would get mad and make up a falsehood about how things need to be done his way, and he would need to rip out everything and redo it which would cost us even more money. This wasn't the case, he just wanted more money and wanted to take even more money. I also tried to tell him how to install a shower base properly without it creeking or making noises and he claims that how it is suppose to he, which isn't right. Jagats company is built on falsehood and theft from hard working families that try to make a living in Canada.

Firstly a job that was supposed to take 2 weeks ran upto almost 40 days. The finishing was rough and I had to show the staff the poor job they did for them to rectify. Finally there was some work left and they asked for the final payment which I made to Jagat and from then both Jagat and Sukhbir stopped answering my calls. Its over month now and they have left the job unfinished and taken the complete money and disappeared.

They renovated my kitchen and washrooms but the moment the owner Jagat got his payment in full he stopped responding to my messages and phone calls to come fix the stuff that started breaking down. He promised to complete multiple things that were either incomplete or were broken but never showed up. After calling him multiple times and leaving messages, he messaged once saying that he is going to India and will complete when he comes back. It's been over 3 weeks now and haven't heard back. If they are trying to be a professional company then they should be able to send other people to finish the work. Also when I called from a different a number, he called back twice so the owner Jagat is intentionally not answering my phone.

I am completely satisfied with their services. I was scared by listening stories from people regarding nprofessional contractors; however, I was completely taken by surprise by the professionalism and the quality of the work by these people. They completed my job well ahead of the given timeframe.

Great job done by Mr Jagat we built fully furnished basement. Jagat done the task before estimated time fully satisfied and highly recommended. Great ppl and low price high quality.

Wow what a great job! The owner Jagat and his team did a very good job. The communication and timeline were great. Would highly reccomend family and friends, who are looking for a trustworthy and hard working team for the project of your choice.

Kitchen renovation was done by them and i would really appreciate their perfection.And they also completed this project between given time period.
