Townhouse stairs recapping and finishing
I'm so happy we chose AP Design Living after weeks of researching and talking with other contractors. We had a unique situation and requirements, and Angel was non-judgmental, and focussed on the work at hand.
He was quick to reply, professional, and immediately understood what we were looking for in terms of style/design.
The whole project was over in less than 4 days, including time spent waiting for the stain/paint to dry. He and his team work hard and dilligently, and take advantage of every minute of the day to make sure your project completes in time. They left the space looking cleaner than when they began, and I'm ecstatic with the results.
They even completed some left over flooring and trim work, even though it's not within their services offered, which saved me a world of headache and added costs from having to hire and coordinate a separate contractor.
The new staircaise is perfectly color matched, it's as if they were cut from the same boards as our hardwood floors. No corners were cut. The baseboards and landings work into the steps perfectly, and the tricky pies were done with extreme accuracy.
The end result is magnificent, and I'm so happy we got that off our to-do list. My only regret is not calling him sooner.
