We love our new kitchen!!! From the moment we met Brianna from Ceara Kitchens we knew it was a good fit. She came to our house, measured the space and created a 3-D mock up. This was with no fee or obligation to us, however, it sealed the deal. She understood our vision and put it on paper.
The quality of the cabinetry is outstanding! Solid maple and dovetail joints. Their customer service was impeccable. We ran into a problem with the stain colour. They went above and beyond to custom mix the stain to achieve the look we were after. No request was ever an issue.
The crew that came in (Colin & Ted) were capable, professional, tidy and friendly. They always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Ceara Kitchens to anyone. Thanks again, our kitchen looks exactly as we had hoped and we couldnt be happier!!!

We chose Ceara Kitchens to renovate our 25 year old kitchen. It was part of a full main floor renovation and we used a contractor that Ceara Kitchens recommended (very happy with the recommendation). We were really hesitant going into this renovation as we had not had a great experience with a local contractor for our ensuite bathroom a few years prior. Brianna from Ceara Kitchens made the entire process easy. She is extremely experienced in kitchen design and impeccable with customer service. She knew we were nervous and she paid attention to every detail from beginning to end. If a problem occurred (which always does), she provided solutions and handled it. The team that came from Ceara Kitchens to install the kitchen were skilled, professional, clean and quite frankly, fun to have around. Ceara kitchens was on time, on budget and we are VERY happy with the results. Highly recommend them.

Craig and Ceara Kitchens were professional and easy to work with. Craig was open to design ideas and created a beautiful design for our kitchen that is perfect for our house and lifestyle.
I found the price very reasonable, and after shopping around to a number of other companies, we ultimately chose Ceara Kitchens for their quality product and appropriate prices. Other companies were offering similar quality for nearly double the price.
Once the work got started, the renovation was smooth and followed the timeline that was promised. The employees were respectful of me and my home.
About 6 months after the renovation, we had an issue with one of the drawers not closing properly. I called Craig and he come over within a few days and fixed the drawer at no cost.

Almost 2 years later, I still love my kitchen!

I have hired Ceara kitchens to complete a number of my past and current renovation jobs. From the beginning stages of the design to the last stages in the installation process, Ceara kitchens showed  professionalism, high quality workmanship and great customer service. The showroom is a fantastic space with many examples of previous renovations, and cabinet, countertops and handles samples that accommodate to any budget. Great attention to detail and the care put forward along every stage was evident. The team is always friendly and accommodating. The job site was kept clean and we were never concerned with the mess of a renovation site. The end product was installed with expertise and care. To any future customers: you will not be disappointed when choosing Ceara Kitchens!

We contracted Craig and his team due to location and his willingness to work with us to design our dream kitchen. Craig was professional and responsive in all areas, always able to provide multiple solutions to any issues that arose. Although our job was a major renovation, Ceara Kitchens worked to minimize the disruption to our family, especially over the holidays. Any budget changes for unforeseen items were minimal and addressed up front with us, so we could weigh our options. Anyone who sees our kitchen is very impressed with the design and workmanship, and we couldn't be happier. We would absolutely go to Ceara Kitchens for our renovation needs again, and in fact we have, recently requesting a quote for our bathrooms. The change in the kitchen was extraordinary It is now a place that I enjoy being in. The work was done very well and the clean up every day was impeccable. Very happy we had this company do this renovation.

We hired Ceara kitchens to do a few renovation projects for us. We had a significant tile flooring job, new cabnitry, and an overhaul of our master bathroom. The team that we worked with was great! They are knowledgable and listen to what you are looking to see as the end results. Craig helped us to reconfigure a tricky space which was fantastic! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

I have had 3 separate third-party expert assessments to confirm the following: Ceara Kitchens delivered an exceedingly poor kitchen renovation end-to-end that is unfixable due to poor workmanship, poor quality, and "done incorrectly" in many regards. 1. Uneven tile flooring installed with sharp edges throughout (danger to my toddler). 2. Cabinetry significantly mismeasured across the kitchen leaving gaps and eyesore filler pieces, and is very different from the contracted design. 3. Cabinetry finish is inconsistent in texture and colour, and overall looks like a low quality spray and hand painted job which started peeling/chipping away after a few days . 4. Paint drips filled shaker door seams, and so Ceara kitchens filled those seams and all other seams with rubbery caulking! Caulking is smeared across entire cabinetry and highly visible. 5. Crown is unevenly attached throughout, has far too many visible joints, and is dismounting from wall and cabinetry in multiple areas. 6. Backsplash has permanent knife marks on it from the cutter, and was not laid correctly on countertop (now severely cracking). It was laid around the valance which is incorrect and highly visible. There is a much longer list of deficiencies and inconsistencies documented by the external assessments… Despite the contracted 1 year warranty, I spent months trying to chase down the owner to address this and I was ignored. Buyers please beware! This was to be our forever dream kitchen, and instead I lost all of my savings to this disaster while on maternity leave. It has devastated our family beyond words.

4 months for a 2 day job!!!!
I had only 7 upper cabinets replaced, no wiring, no plumbing, no drywall. Contract was signed Aug 23/16, work started Nov 14.
Finally got my glass doors and shelves late January, and the last of my handles and finishing touches February 27, 2017
