Carrs Yard & Property Maintenance

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Carrs Yard and Property Maintenance for interior cleaning of our house and I can confidently say that we liked every bit of the experience. Right from the phone call to the appointment itself, the experience was outstanding. Melanie was very pleasant and she took the time to explain the job. She arrived on time and took her time to clean everything thoroughly. The best part was that she enjoyed cleaning and we have never met someone who enjoyed cleaning so much. A day after, as I write this review, our house is shining new. I do not feel like putting the furniture back in its place, everything is so clean right now. It's a family business and I had the pleasure of meeting Chris as well who helped clean the basement and stairs. We loved them and will hire them again.

We had a weed infested and very sparse lawn. It was the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree of lawns. Carrs came in with an aggressive de-thatch, top dress with seed and fertilizer application. They cut out a tree surround and put down black cedar mulch. After 4-6 weeks the lawn has rebounded and looks great. Will be continuing to use them for weed killer and fertilizer applications to keep it lush. We got many compliments from neighbours that thought we had it re-sodded. Great young guys, and hard working. Would highly recommend.

This was my first experience hiring Carrs Yard & Property Maintenance. Between having a busy schedule and the weather, I had not managed to cut the grass yet this spring. As a result, the grass has grown a little longer.

Zack and Clay did an amazing job cutting the grass and bagging the clippings. The option to bag the clippings also included removal. They were thorough, personable, and professional. They also constantly communicate and respond quickly to your questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. In fact, I am likely to hire them again soon. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Zack. He recently took care of my yard, and the results were outstanding.
On very short notice, he arrived promptly and got straight to work on trimming and cutting and bagging my overgrown and very large front and back yard.

Additionally, he meticulously edged and mulched our garden beds. The fresh mulch and edges look fantastic. He also got rid of every one of our weeds!

With expert precision, he mowed our lawn for the second time to the perfect length, leaving behind crisp lines and a lush, healthy appearance. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has an eye for detail.

What I appreciate most is Zacks professional demeanor and clear passion for what he does. He worked diligently from start to finish with a friendly attitude, the second time we hired him he didnt stop working until it got dark out!!
I give Zack my highest recommendation for any lawn care or landscaping needs. He is an amazing professional who provides top-notch results at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him again for future yard maintenance - he has earned a lifelong customer!

They performed Spring cleanup of my yard raking leaves and branches. As usual, they did an excellent job. I use this company to mow my lawn and trim my hedge throughput Summer. Reasonable prices.
Zac and his brother are very courteous. I would strongly recommend them for any property maintenance.

I needed soil filled in a raised flower bed and they took care of it quickly in under 2 hours. Most importantly I wanted to make sure the surrounding area was protected and they made sure to leave no trace of dirt behind.
