From beginning to end, I have nothing but praise for the service provided by BenchMark Renovations. Although I never met Kent in person myself, he offered great communication and follow through with the caulking job around the tub I had done. I am embarrassed by the condition of my household, yet Kent did the extra work required which wasn't in store when we booked the appointment. I have a few more projects needing doing around the house and I will DEFINITELY consider BenchMark Renovations to do them if appropriate. Really impressed!

The above renovations were done in a century home which can sometimes be challenging, but the work was high quality. Benchmark has also built a backyard fence, and has done several small carpentry jobs for us. Friendly, knowledgeable proprietor who understood what we wanted and kept us involved as the work progressed. Subcontractors selected and used for specific trades were also good.

Kent is a very polite, patient, and experienced professional. He helped remodel a drawer cabinet to make room for a dishwasher. This involved some carpentry as well. He did a great job and modified some details based on our feedback. He was careful not to damage the flooring which was definitely a risk. We learned a lot from his suggestions as well. Overall he was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again.

Kent at Benchmark Renovations is a reliable and reasonably priced renovator. He was able to take my sunroom, which had been water-damaged, and reinvent it into the space I envisioned. The results have been more than I could have hoped for, and I would highly recommend Kent for your next renovation project.

Kent is very friendly. He came when he said he would and let me know when he couldn't. He regularly let me know how many hours he had worked each day. And he patiently explained the challenges that can come up with old houses.

Kent was such a good find and we couldnt be happier with the work that was done. We had a large squat rack that needed to be installed on very thick concrete walls that we needed help with, along with some other items throughout the basement such as a tv mount for a large tv that required the wall to be opened up for structural support and a new electrical outlet for behind the tv. He worked within our timelines and was very communicative about scheduling the work and how much everything would cost at the onset. We have already started recommending his services to friends and family. Thanks Kent!

Kent removed the old sidewalk and constructor a new one to the entrance of our house. He was professional and provided good advice. The final product looks very good.

Weve hired BenchMark Renovations (Kent) numerous times since 2010 to help with various jobs around our home such as dishwasher installation, installing new toilets, taps and sinks, replaced interior doors, baseboard trim, and repaired our backyard deck.
