I reached out to Fitsum and less than 3 hours later he was at our house. He confirmed that the ducts neded to be cleaned and boy did they ever.
Throughout the relatively small project, he showed me what he was doing and completed the job in a professional and timely manner.
It was a very positive experience and I'll recommend his services to anyone that asks.
