Fitsum did a great job. In addition to removing over 15 years of gunk in our ducts, he also cleaned out the bathroom fans and the dryer. He was very professional. He provided an overview of the process and showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, which was reassuring. Thank you very much Fitsum and I look forward to having you come back in two years.
