BEWARE !! "James Ball Plumbing & Heating" was contracted to replace hot water tank by the renting company. During the installation at my property, he seemed preoccupied and was rushing the replacement process, possibly due to over confidence or rushing for next job. Unfortunately, the tank's transportation caused damage to the front entrance floor nosing and steps of a 2016-built house. Additionally, the stairs' carpet got stained, usually preventable with the use of mats during installations.

"James Ball Plumbing & Heating" acknowledged the issues and agreed to fix them independently of parent company. However, upon closer inspection, the damaged entrance nosing requires professional attention. Its current state poses a safety risk, as someone could injure their foot if not careful. Despite the agreement, "James Ball Plumbing and Heating" is unresponsive and not returning any messages.

James Ball Plumbing I could not be happier with the service provided. Griffin has been to the house numerous times - such a clean and professional individual. If anyone is looking for a good reliable plumber - these guys are it!! They take the time to show you what they did - offer advice and explain everything so an average home owner understands what has been done. 5 stars in an understatement in how satisfied I am with the experience.

The crew did a fantastic job on complicated plumbing rough-in for my building addition. Working in tight areas with existing plumbing and water supply they were to complete the job and pass all required inspections without any deficiencies.

James responded to my request quickly. He coordinate the street shut off with management office. He sent his staff to come over to replace the main valve. He had skillfully replaced it with very little water leak. He got the job done. However, when I asked him to do me a favor to cap an end piece for a 1/2 pipe, he cut it and then he said James said to charge an extra $30, it was excessive IMHO. If I had been told, I would not proceed as this is something I can easily replace myself. All in all, I got what I need done.

VERY EFFICIENT AND TIMELY INSTALLATION IN A DIFFICULT LOCATION. EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL, GOOD JOB

James was very courteous and helpful. He attended to issue, fixed it right away and provided a fair price.

I am quite pleased with the service I received from James Ball. I needed them to come in to a finish a faucet replacement that I wasn't able to complete on my own. They responded quickly to my initial email inquiry and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to fit me in so soon. The guys who came the next day were friendly and professional. Upon their arrival, I immediately felt they knew what they were doing and that I could trust them to do what needed to be done without my watching over them. They got the job done in about an hour, they cleaned up, and took waste materials with them. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the job.

James and his team have been amazing to work with, they are extremely responsive and very fairly priced. We have worked with James many times and will continue to if we have any plumbing or heating issues in the future! I have recommended James to many people and everyone has had nothing but good things to say!
