We had an excellent experience with YS Roofing in July/August 2024, in the east end of Toronto near the Woodbine and Danforth area. Simon and his team spent time with us and our neighbours on the adjoining side of our semi-detached home to plan and complete plenty of work.

Our project involved both a flat roof and a shingled roof, along with the installation of new eavestroughs with leaf guard covers, downspouts, and vinyl siding, giving our homes a complete new shared look with small differences on each side. We received a detailed quote that included contingency pricing for any additional work that might be necessary once the roof was uncovered. The team worked efficiently, kept us updated on any changesespecially when the weather affected the scheduleand ensured our property was cleaned up each day, and free of debris.

The work was completed exactly as planned, with no surprises, thanks to Simon's excellent communication from start to finish.

I had a great experience with Ys Roofing Inc . Simon was very knowledgeable. He educated us on all the material they would be installing and showed us samples of all of it. Simon checked out ventilation to see if we had adequate intake and exhaust venting on our roof. Some of the other contractors we met with did not show us which material they would be using or educating us about how different components of the roof work and how important ventilation is. We are really happy we went with Ys Roofing Inc.
