Great tech, not so great Admin
Winston, the tech that performed the service, was very communicative and did the job as agreed. The end result looked great. The person we spoke with at the office was less than ideal. They kept calling and hanging up when an issue arose and when asked why they didn't leave a voicemail 'because someone should have picked up'. We got a good earful of a rant on how to run our business from them. Unnecessarily dramatic, IMO. Thankfully, Winston was level-headed and professional and we got this done.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our admin,
our tech was on time as you asked, was waiting for over 30 mins, no one came to greet him and we couldn't get a hold of anyone at your office. Alice from Hill Top Property Mgt finally called back our office yelling, not allowing our admin to speak and hung up on them.In the future, please have an employee from your office meet the tech at the front to greet & escort them to the unit. Also, out of respect for tenants please have them aware of the work (Mold Removal) being done in their homes. We need consent from all parties when entering a home, these were all communicated & agreed with you a day before the job.
