Pro-on Plumbing was amazing, very reasonable prices, and very efficient at finishing the job, they finished everything on time and the workmanship was very professional, I would definitely recommend them.

Oni is a professional smart polite plumber. I hired him to replace the cartridge of the shower faucet. The faucet was an old model of unknown brand. The brand name couldn't be find anywhere on the faucet. Oni was able to recognize the brand name after he disassembled the faucet cartridge. He took the time to find the part on-line. Then, he completed the job professionally and left the shower clean. He has a good respect for the property and a good manner too. His quote was competitive compared to others. I am going to hire him for every plumbing job at me home and will definitely recommend him to others

Our large stainless kitchen sink had dropped down about an inch. I contacted Oni and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was on time and assessed the situation right away. He replaced the seal and also suggested installing supports to reinforce the hold. He was very efficient, neat and personable.

Oni and his team member worked fast and were professional. I appreciated the fast responses to my questions via text while other plumbers I had reached out to were quite slow. I also really appreciated the initiative he took to reach out to condo management himself to figure out how they would need to coordinate to get the work done which took a great load off my shoulders.

I was however a little surprised at the cost of the initial inspection as it was $200 while others quoted $50. However, given the speed, professionalism and initiative he took, I believe the premium is justified. Thanks Oni!

This plumber called me the same day I submitted request through Home Stars. He came to my house to see the work to be done the same day he called me. He gave me an approximate cost and a summary of what needed to be done. He was accurate with his estimation except for an extra piece that needed to be changed which was only discovered after the cartridge was removed. He purchased all materials and provided receipts. He communicated clearly as he explained each step. I would highly recommend this company.
