Replacement of tri point lock

Joey was very helpful when our tri-point lock broke. We had to wait for a part from the manufacturer to be shipped and he was available to fix it the next morning. He arrived on time and was kind and helpful with tips on maintaining it in the future. He worked quickly.

Many many thanks to Joey for providing outstanding service. He went to great effort to find replace parts for our patio door. He also rebalanced our very heavy front door which had become more difficult to open and lock. Both doors work perfectly now. Joey responded quickly to our request in a very professional friendly manner.

Sticky Deadbolt on 5 point lock and re-key

I called NCL for a sticky deadbolt on my 5 point lock system. Joey arrived within an hour of my call. He was able to identify the problem and repair the lock quickly and very effectively. While here he also rekeyed the lock as we had lost the key, and also tuned up the lock system on my front door.
Joey was polite and friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time and space. I highly recommend his services!

Old deadbolt lock quit working - locksmith came very quickly, diagnosed issue, fixed old lock, gave advice re our keys, offered to come by for any tweaks if necessary - very helpful!

Replaced door lock with a Smart Lock

Replaced Weiser keypad lock with Hornbill Smart Lock (I purchased it earlier on Amazon).

Joey was very responsive and had a slot open on the same day so he came over. He kept in touch with me texting so I wasn't in the dark about his arrival.

He installed the lock quickly and hung around, played with my dog, and had helpful comments while I downloaded and set up the app. (I wanted to do this myself because it has a lot of features so I may want to tweak it in the future)

Joey is a really nice guy. Worth hiring.

Joey is a good honest locksmith. He knows his job and did the work promptly and accurately. He was upfront from the start and answered all questions accurately without stringing you along like a few others I spoke to who played the usual gameI have to see the job first etc etc there is an initial charge and if you get the work done it will be deducted from the cost. Any technician should be able to provide an estimate when the job is described. How does one proceed when they dont know what the charges are going to be upfront. I will 100% recommend Joey - as he is honest and direct and knows what he is doing.
