Reinforced door and locks!

Joey rekeyed 6 deadbolts and reinforced the bolts in my french doors. He also made some great do it yourself suggestions that saved me a lot of $$. I would definitely hire him again.

Quick, quality and friendly service

Joey responded within minutes of posting the job, and next day service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set, with tips for the wifi lock, screen door lock and a lockbox install. Will definitely be willing him again and referring him for future work.

Joey is very professional, respectful and an understanding guy. He fixed the door lock very quickly and professionally. His intention is to help and satisfy the customer and not to rip them off. I recommend Joey to any one who needs either repair or a replacement of a door lock. Trust him in small and big project. Hes the man. If I need him again he will be the first guy to be called. We locked the keys in a bedroom that had a keyed door knob, , we reached out in northern craftsman, he was here within 25 minutes. quick easy fix. Excellent experience, would highly recommend him again

Joey came over in the afternoon after I reached out to him in the morning, he assessed the situation with our troublesome front door lock and then provided amazing maintenance and service on it and the door itself. We would definitely recommend his services especially as he has a focus on maintenance/repair over replacement!

Rekeying lock & new deadbolt

Joey from Northern Craftsman Locksmith was great to work with. He gave me a call almost immediately after I raised the service request. He was responsive to my questions and provided great advice. After a bit of research on my side, he was able to order a specific lock & spare keys. When those came in, he promptly installed the lock and rekeyed another. He was quick to do the install, great at answering questions, and very professional. I'd highly recommend his services.
