My request was not an emergency but responded to very promptly nevertheless. The work was done expertly and professionally, in spite of some challenges with my older locks. It was obvious just from talking on the phone this was the right businesss for me, unlike others I had talked with previously. My hunch paid off.

Joey came out in the evening on very short notice to fix our patio door locking mechanism. He was very efficient, friendly, and wanted to do a quality job. He fixed the door quickly and made sure I was happy with the outcome. He was even willing to do another small job fixing a misaligned closet door. My front door was getting progressively harder to open when unlocked. Duct taping the latch didn't work. It got to the point that I had to get the fire department to let me in to my own house.

Sized up the situation quickly as the need for a new latch. Not having one he quickly went out and purchased one just before his supplier's closing time. He then quickly and efficiently installed it.

I needed a locksmith to replace locks on two doors and cut some keys, and asked for quotes through HomeStars. Joey was the first to reply, and when I gave him more details about what I wanted, he suggested rekeying would be more cost effective for me and still give me what I needed. I loved his honesty. He was communicative with me the morning of the job to let me know when hed arrive, and was personable and knowledgeable, and even helped with our jiggling door handle! Would hire again.

Im building a Laneway home in my backyard, and I recently installed a high end custom front door. Joey helped me install a door knob and a google lock on the door. This job required an intense amount of focus and precision, and Joey did an amazing job! He took so much pride in his work, and it really showed. I couldnt be happier, and I will definitely be using him again for all of my door/lock needs.
