CM Designers and Engineers was rapid to respond to our post, they understood that it was a structural assessment since our floors were settling in some places and we were worried with the structural integrity of the house after some renovations.
Mr. Faysal was very polite and punctual, he asked a few questions and assess the house all the way down to the basement where is the only area with exposed structure. He was very professional and honest and told us a few possible solutions and the root of the problem and that it was something that we could do overtime to remediate the issue and didn't needed immediate action.
The assessment was free and he left leaving us reassured. We are very happy and would recommend their services to anyone.
