The service crew you sent out this morning where outstanding. Very polite, explained exactly what they were doing and what was going on. Cleaned up after themselves and even took some time out to explain what was going on to my 96 year old father-in-law. Nice to see that they gave the same type of service as he installation crew 2 years ago.
