Hasko Renovation

Initially I was very happy with our bathroom Reno with hasko renovation. 14 months after the Reno the ceiling began to look like a leak was happening. I contacted Mikel but he said it was not from his work. I had a plumber come in who opened the ceiling and the wall in my sons room and determine that it was in fact from Haskos work that the leak happened and the enormous amount of mould. Mikel then agreed to come and fix the leak and fix the ceiling in my living room and the drywall in my sons room. I felt that he should also pay for the plumber who found that the leak was his fault as he originally denied that the leak was his fault. He actually yelled at me for a good 15 minutes claiming that this was it his responsibility which makes No sense at all since he said get a second opinion and if it was his fault - which it was - he would fix it. First - you allowed a leak for 15 months from my Reno which I paid you good money for. My son has bad asthma and that leak was inches from his head. You denied it was your fault. It was obviously your fault. You literally yelled at me for an extended period of time. So unprofessional.

I contacted Mikel for a quote to renovate my apartment top to bottom. He responded quickly with a detailed quote at a competitive price.
Throughout the renovation he was responsive to my questions and concerns. Him and his team were quick, tidy and professional. He managed to finish ahead of his projected completion date which was an added bonus for me. I am very happy with the finished result and would use him again in the future. Mikel should put a unicorn on his business card because contractors who do what they promise, on time, are supposed to be mythical creatures. Mikel was great at suggesting solutions to problems and communicated daily with me about progress during the renovation of my condo. The scope of the renovation was big, moving walls, electricity, new materials throughout. All aspects of the renovation were successfully completed and I'm very happy with the finished product. Mikel takes pride in a job well done and does not cut any corners, while at the same time being sensitive to budget considerations. My renovation went very smoothly and I have nothing but good things to say about Hasko Renovations.

We hired Mikel and team to do two major renovations in our condo. The first phase was our kitchen and guest bathroom and the second phase was our main bathroom. In both instances, Mikel was on time and on budget. He is also very responsive, very respectful of our space and belongings, great in paying attention to detail and running decisions by us. We appreciate him and his team's ability to make our design come to life. They also were very organized and cleaned up at the end of every day. Whenever we did a check in, it was always tidy. Really happy with the renovation of our condo by Hasko Renovation. They were both on time and on budget and the quality is top notch. Mike had things very organized and quick to ask questions or answer questions. A few minor items came up post Reno and these were dealt with in a timely manner. Mike had some great design suggestions that we incorporated and are very happy overall. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Hasko to anyone.
