Don’t hire this guy he ruined my bathroom

Hired this guy to tile my shower and bathroom floor, I dont know if he doesnt have a level or not but my floor is so uneven and the shower doesnt drain. Water pools in the corners and doesnt go to the drain. Going to cost a lot to fix this mess.
