Great company, great Technician - Serge

It was a wonderful experience with the company and the technician. I would definitely use them again. Very helpful and accommodating. What separates them from everyone else was the great customer service, knowledgeable technician, not trying to rip me off,up front and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Very careful work and spent the extra time to ensure my floors and stove were protected. Explained what they were doing. Very efficient and arrived quickly and in time. I would highly recommend Appliance Repair again for sure!!

Super happy new customer here!
I am glad that I was able to get Sergey this late in the afternoon! We emptied the contents, including the freezer and needed someone badly to figure out what the problem was. Sergey promptly called back, and came by within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem in no time AND gave us a few user-friendly tips. Excellent service and very fairly priced.

No need to buy new, before trying to repair.

Our dishwasher stopped working with Clean button flashing. It was also not draining properly. Sergy, he responded right away. He was honest and tried all possible way to fix before suggesting to purchase new. Our dishwasher was 15yrs old so my hopes were low, but he managed to fix it, clean it and now it is fully functional. I highly recommend to reach out to him before purchasing any new applicances.

Washer making horrible noise - but no more

Fairly new washer made bad noises in spin cycle. Had another company from Clarkson that came in and could not help (but still collected $70 visit charge).

3 years later called Appliance Repair Direct from a recommendation on NextDoor.

Showed up same day, diagnosed quickly, gave me a fair estimate, and fixed same day.

Peace and quiet now.
