Dan was awesome, he went beyond what we thought would be just a home inspection report sent to us. He showed us what needed to be addressed, fixed, how it should be fixed. Gave us maintenance tips, recommendations, showed us what things should be checked monthly or annually. I highly recommend home inspections to be completed before you buy a home, even if its a Condo or a New Build! And I especially recommend Dan Brown as he went over and above!!
