We chose Dan to complete our home inspection based on a recommendation for his company and am very happy we did.
Due to work, neither my spouse or I were able to be at the home inspection, and as first time home buyers we were very nervous about this.
Once we received our report from Dan that evening alot of our nerves were calmed.
The report we recieved was extremely thorough and came with a multitude of pictures which helped immensely in understanding things stated in the report.
In addition to thoroughness, he even included ways that we could fix small issues he found, which was very appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Dan and I would use him again if we are need of those services again in the future.
