Dan is an absolute rock star when it comes to home inspections. From start to finish, the value that he provided during the inspection was unmatched, and he graciously answered all questions and offered advice in real time while doing the inspection. He's not afraid to call a spade a spade, while also being transparent about which issues were pressing and which can be taken care of us standard maintenance.
11/10, would recommend for any future inspections!
