Dan was absolutely amazing and thorough. He conducted a complete inspection of the house showed us the quirks and even did above and beyond. Best home inspection I have ever had and will be calling on him again.

Dan is amazing! He was fabulous! We walked around with him during the home inspection and he pointed out little things to be mindful of as a homebuyer/homeowner. He was extremely thorough and stopped to educate us on big items also, like a leak in the ceiling and he was able to provide an explanation as to why it was leaking. He looked into the attic, spotted some spots that needed additional insulation, he even suggested removing a garden from alongside the house against the foundation. he is very thorough, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and it was great working with him.
