They took the time to listen to my request and preferences. I was concerned about moving a king size mattress up the staircase. They responded by discussing the steps with me and having a plan of action ensure no damage. As well as took their time. i had paid for two hours but knew it would only take one. they filled part of that with helping to remove recycling and smaller items vecatied.
Absolutely recommend! They allowed a normally stressful event to be calm.
