K3 Masonry

I could not be more satisfied with the K3 Masonry for the work on my complete home renovation. I had Shane perform 3 projects around my house over a 1 year period. Cutting out 2 new windows in a block and brick basement foundation, lintels, sils and reinstallation of trim bricks. Cutting out an 8' wide patio door from a brick and block foundation lintels, sils and reinstallation of trim bricks. Replacement of a 30' section of 4 courses of brick that were deteriorating at the bottom the a wall at the foundation. K3 has been my best contractor to deal with to date. He comes when he is scheduled on time. Completes the work as discussed and per contract. leaves the workplace neat and clear as he found it or better. Pricing is more than fair for the work involved with pride of workmanship evident in what he does. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors in my years of construction and would not hesitate to recommend him for any Masonry work. If i have any future work required i am confident using him again without hesitation.
