We were struggling to find an electrician for some upgrades our house. Our experience with Arun and Wayne were very positive. They were very friendly, considerate, and managed the job and site well.

They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, which meant a lot.

I was referred to Arun by the previous owner of the house I moved to. I wanted to remove my popcorn ceilings and Arun walked me through the process and gave me some great advice. He provided a quote that was much more competitive than the others I received and I was able to get more work done such as staining my deck.
We did hit some snags, some outside of his control like the weather, but in the end he was always accommodating, flexible, and communicative.
Very friendly staff and eager to please.

Had a pipe burst in my basement due to cold weather this winter, Arun was able to organize a team quickly to do an emergency clean up and then was able to restore my basement better than before with many new upgrades such as wetbar, new bath room (stand up shower, toilet, sink and urinal) its the ultimate man cave now I am beyond satisfied

I needed a small job done in my home that I wasnt capable of doing. I contacted a few people, but they felt it wasnt worth their time. I am so glad I found this company. They offered to make the fix quickly and for a very reasonable price. I liked them so much that we began talking about a bathroom renovation I need done and I was incredibly impressed not only by the photos of their work but also by their professionalism. When I decide to go ahead with these changes, I will definitely be contacting this company.

Arun from Fine Homes was a very well organized young man. He has guys that work for him for every service. He did a phenomenal job with the plumbing & Electrical. My washroom looks like day and night compared to before. I would highly recommend his services and his prices are very affordable.
