Ontario Roofing and Masonry

This company did masonry work on my property. They initially quote $750 to repair the outside of my house. They were dealing with my tenant he agreed to pay this amount. 2 hours later he tells me that they are finished and he paid them $2500. Well I was floored. I immediately called them. They agreed to reimburse him $1750. However weeks later and many phone call no reimbursement was made. He paid cash and the told me they are a cashless company yet the tic off on the receipt cash. They took advantage of my tenant who speaks vary poor English. I up loaded some pictures see for yourself.
