Friendly, Quick and Fair

Michael was quick to reply and very helpful. I needed to clear a clog on my washing machine's drain pipe, as well as fix the washing machine's filter drain hose.
The drain hose was a simple fix, and we managed to get it done with minimal spillage.
The drain pipe, after many attempts, he was unable to clear the clog.
He did not charge me for time spent trying to clear the pipe, which I thought was really generous. And boy, did he try. It was a very tough clog.
I highly recommend Michael, super friendly!
