I needed an emergency service for my rental home, and FP came to the rescue within just a few hours. He even texted me before arriving at the property, allowing me to notify my tenants in advance. My toilet starting getting clogged and water was dispensing out of the bowl. I needed a plumber to come and change the toilet. Fabio came in short notice, on time and did a great job. Pricing was fair and he was honest about the issue.

We required replacement of water shut-off in the house. The plumber was there early. He stayed 5 hours to get the job done, mostly due to difficulties coordinating water shut-off into the house with the city. I am sure it took much longer than he expected but got the job done at the agreed upon price.
