Paid for a 6 hour clean. I specified what was important that needed to be done at the time of booking. That never got done. Also was told that they steam clean the carpets. I had already done it my self but asked them if they could go over a few spots that didnt come clean. They used the same product i used nothing special. And now my carpets look worse and smell sour. Alot wasnt done. What they did do was good but I am not impressed with the what was done for the cost. Wont use there services again
